2. Description of Service

VedMuni provides multi-system analysis combining Vedic Astrology and Numerology, powered by AI technology. Our Service includes:

• Personalized predictions using Vedic Astrology and Numerology combined
• Birth chart analysis based on provided data
• Numerological pattern analysis
• AI-powered guidance with up to 98% accuracy in decoding
• Credit-based consultation system

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• 1 category selection = 1 credit deduction
• New users receive a welcome bonus (terms may vary)
• Credits can be purchased through our payment gateway
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Credits are non-refundable once used for consultations
• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase (subject to our refund policy)

5. Consultation Guidelines

When using our consultation service:

• Predictions are based on Vedic Astrology and Numerology principles combined through our AI analysis with up to 98% accuracy in decoding
• Accuracy may vary based on the completeness of birth data provided
• Consultations are for guidance purposes only, not definitive predictions
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
• Users should use their own judgment in making life decisions

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our Service or content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VedMuni and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VedMuni does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Predictions will be 100% accurate
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VedMuni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Credits and Payments

Credits purchased on VedMuni can be used for questions and consultations. Once a question is submitted or answered, credits cannot be refunded or reversed.

Cancellation

If you purchase credits but do not use them, you can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the credits remain unused.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. No refunds are issued once the service has been partially or fully delivered.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
